The Role
Drive all electrical commissioning activities across multiple packages
Ensure vendors deliver to scope, standards, and programme milestones
Monitor progress and report commissioning status weekly
Support or attend factory tests (FATs / FWTs) for electrical systems
Manage daily commissioning coordination with internal teams & vendors
Track and review all commissioning documentation and approvals
Witness and sign off testing in line with approved procedures
Support energisation and safe systems of work with the AP/QA teams
Manage tagging, tracking, and sign-off for all commissioning works
Lead day-to-day commissioning operations on a live data centre build
Ideal Background
Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Electrical Trade qualification
5+ years commissioning experience in construction or industrial projects
Strong technical experience on LV/MV/HV systems
Background in data centres, pharma, or large industrial builds
Strong documentation, testing, and verification skills
Confident communicator who can coordinate multiple vendors
Safety-focused and process-driven
